Wednesday 25 February

The Welsford, Liverpool Cathedral, Death Café 6 pm – 8 pm

You are warmly invited to our Death Café — a relaxed, welcoming place for anyone who wants a safe space to talk about their journey with grief, death and dying. Wherever you are on your journey, you are welcome to come along, sit with others, and share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.

A Good Funeral Company Death Café is an informal gathering where people can connect, talk, listen, or simply be present in a supportive environment. There is no pressure to speak, no set agenda, and no expectation — just a safe, compassionate space to spend time with others who understand.

Tea, coffee, and cold drinks will be available to purchase on the evening, with cold food also available.

The Death Café is open to all ages, and everyone is welcome.

We work with all funeral directors throughout the Liverpool City Region,

And across the broader area of the Diocese of Liverpool.

You can contact us directly if you would like us to look after the service for your loved one, or if you have already instructed a funeral director to care for your loved one, you can still contact us to conduct the service.

You can also contact us to talk about what you would like at your funeral service. We can discuss in person your wishes which will be a great help and support to leave for those who will be arranging your own funeral when the time comes.
